Kahloke

The Kahloke

The Kahloke is the second of the four K Class ferries that operate for the Canadian ferry company, BC Ferries. She was built in 1973 by the Vancouver Shipyards Ltd for the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Highways, until 1985 when she was transferred to BC Ferries. The Kahloke currently operates on the route linking Denman Island with Hornby Island. She has three other sister ships that operate for BC Ferries and another two which used to operate for TransLink. Her sister ships that operate for BC Ferries are the Klitsa, the Kwuna and the Kuper. The other two are the Kulleet and the Klatawa.
